This website, limitise.com (the "Site"), is operated by Planet People Pty Ltd (ABN 68 673 109 709), trading as LIMITISE ("Limitise", "we", "us", "our"), of 2/14 Silvretta Court, Clyde North, VIC 3978, Australia. In Pakistan, our operations are carried out by Limitise (Private) Limited of 428-E Johar Town, Lahore; references to Limitise in these terms include both entities as applicable. We provide business process outsourcing services, including customer support, outbound sales and related campaign services, from our offices in Australia and Pakistan.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Site.
Information on the Site describes our services in general terms and does not constitute a binding offer. Any engagement with Limitise is governed by a separate service agreement between you and us. Quotes, proposals and timelines we provide in response to an enquiry are indicative until confirmed in writing in such an agreement.
Submitting an application through the Site does not create any obligation on Limitise to interview or employ an applicant. You warrant that the information and documents you submit (including your CV) are accurate and are yours to provide.

Logos of campaigns we operate remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we exclude all implied warranties and will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
