1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Planet People Pty Ltd (ABN 68 673 109 709), trading as LIMITISE ("Limitise", "we", "us", "our"), of 2/14 Silvretta Court, Clyde North, VIC 3978, Australia, collects and handles personal information through limitise.com (the "Site"). In Pakistan, our operations are carried out by Limitise (Private) Limited of 428-E Johar Town, Lahore, which handles personal information under the same standards described in this policy. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

2. What we collect

• Client enquiries — when you use our contact form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in and your message.
• Job applications — when you apply through our careers form we collect your name, email address, phone number, the position and experience you nominate, your message and, if you attach one, your CV.
• Technical data — our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

3. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals you've requested.
• To assess job applications and contact applicants.
• To operate, secure and improve the Site.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for marketing you haven't asked for.

4. How it's stored

Form submissions are stored on our secure server, and a copy of each submission is delivered to our business mailbox by our email delivery provider. Access is limited to authorised Limitise staff. Because we operate from Australia and Pakistan, information may be accessed by our team in both countries under the same confidentiality obligations.

5. Cookies and tracking

The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We use a small piece of browser session storage solely to remember that you've seen our intro animation during a visit; it identifies nothing about you and disappears when your browsing session ends.

6. Disclosure

We only disclose personal information: to our service providers that help us run the Site and deliver email, under appropriate protections; where you've consented; or where the law requires it. We do not disclose applicant or client information to third parties for their own purposes.

7. Retention

We keep enquiries and applications for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose they were submitted for, after which they are deleted. You may ask us to delete your information earlier at any time.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Write to hello@limitise.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you believe we have mishandled your information, you can complain to us first, and to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) if you're not satisfied with our response.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with its "last updated" date.
